We have a total number of 85 residential properties on our estate consisting of a number of 3 bedroom houses, and 1, 2 & 3 bedroom flats and maisonettes, which were built in 1980. Estmanco (Union Road) Ltd is a Residential Management Company (‘RMC’) formed in 1981 and owned by its leaseholders (all of whom are shareholders) that manages the estate. Estmanco now acts as the Landlord, by virtue of a Superior Lease agreed in 2000 with the Freeholders, the London Borough of Ealing.
The estate is situated in the North Greenford ward, south of the western Avenue (A40) and east of the Target roundabout junction with Church Lane (A312). The estate sits between Union Road and the ‘Paddington Arm’ of the Grand Union Canal.
The estate has a number of local amenities, which include ‘Northala Fields’ an award winning country-park characterised by four conical hills, which features prominently on the Western Avenue. The hills were formed using the spoil from the demolition of the original Wembley stadium in 2003. The name “Northala” is how the old manor of Northall (Northolt) was recorded in the Domesday book in 1086.
The nearest E10 bus route provides links to Northolt Underground station (Central Line) and Ealing Broadway Underground station (Central and District lines, and National Rail services). Northolt Underground station is closest to the estate.
Local motorways include M25, M40 and M4, which are accessed by local roads, which include A40, A312 and A406.
